Classes have set start times so it’s not always convenient to attend those, but with the at-home workouts it doesn’t matter what time you set aside to exercise!

I can’t talk highly enough about Beachbody on Demand – over 600 exercise and 55 programs to follow. One of the things I love most is that it’s not a one-time commitment to do a program, lose a few pounds for an event, and then that’s it. You are able to progress to other programs and challenge yourself and your body so it becomes a lifestyle change and you see constantly changing results. I have bad knees / am over weight/ pregnant ? plenty of low impact workouts & a modified alternative for every session is shown

Will it affect my other sports training ? Only in a good way – helping you become stronger, more flexible and toned.

Won’t I get bored with the workouts ? No not with over 600 to choose from

How much space do I need ? Lay down and do a snow angel, if you hands and feet don’t touch the furniture thats all the room you need.

Will I lose weight ? If you balance the healthy eating alongside the fitness program then yes. But if you sneak a bar of chocolate into bed each night maybe not so much.

What support will I get ? In advance of the challenge starting you will get healthy meal & recipe planner for shopping, how to sign up and log in, Facebook group support, a workout planner, list of any equipment needed ( most workouts require none), advice on which set of workouts would suit you, daily contact with myself – your own personal accountability coach,

Will I sweat ? depends on you and your workout of choice !

Don’t want cardio and jumping around like a frog ? Plenty of choices in the library for you  too – try PiYo – combination of yoga & Pilates, or maybe Country Heat for a little line dancing, or YOUv2 and get ready to party, sweat, and celebrate becoming the new you every time you press play. Expect to have lots of fun with feel-good party tunes, an incredible group of ladies of all shapes and sizes,
