Perfect start to outdoor swimming season. Sunny swim 🏊🏼‍♀️ 😎 Bargain 2p open day entry. Sandford Park 50m Lido. Brass band playing, yoga, Pilates and wooden sauna hut all poolside. Fantastic day with good friends. Swim, coffee and chats in the sun. #lido #outdoorswimming #50meterpool #sunny #happydays #friends
Oooh I do like to be beside the seaside 🌊 🏖 Very glad I changed my mind at the last minute to run. Great run, well organised, with finishers fish & chips, medal & tshirt, on a multi terrain course with beach run sections. Plenty of water stations and BLOKS & great volunteers. Not as flat as expected but great scenery, support and route on closed roads. #visorclub #teamwhite #longestrun2019

Dad, 16 years today we lost you - remembered daily, never forgotten, forever loved. I read this poem every anniversary and always will. Zx “Death is Nothing at All” Death is nothing at all. Happy New Year - older, wiser and ready for new adventures in 2019 Day 1 running 🏃‍♀️ Slightly fuzzy head but sunshine, blue skies and glowing in sweat 💦 No Jango as still has stitches from surgery, hope he’ll be back running with me in a week or two. Seriously need to shift some lard - day by day, it didn’t arrive overnight and won’t disappear overnight. Happy healthy living & coffee ☕️!
