Spectators on route today, went exploring local footpaths but dead ends, disappearing paths, fields of crops, dung heaps and a dilapidated boat (yes in landlocked Wiltshire) all hampered my progress But an enjoyable Sunday Runday ☀️🏃‍♀️ #runhappyteam

Four day weekend for me of two halves, 2 of ☀️ 2 of ⛅️ 💨 Got a BodyPump ‘live’ session, reading in my deckchair and run in the sun. Then back to jogging bottoms and hoodie for Netflix binge - Dead to Me. 👍🏻 Bring back the sunshine and flip flops
Hello sunshine ☀️ Countryside footpaths & fields. Trying to avoid stinging nettles I found the mud ! Whilst I didn’t see anyone I have still mastered opening most gates with my feet, for those that need two hands I now carry bottle of sanitiser with me on runs 🦠 🏃‍♀️

Rocking my run today ! #RNRVR1 Gated trail run - 5k trail run with 28 gates/stiles. Solo in the sun and social distancing as didn’t see anyone just a lone white pheasant in a field and a few lambs. Took mini bottle of hand sanitizer with me #staylocal #stayathome #covid19 #rocknrollrun
Tried something new - ironman Virtual Race VC3 Not sure why as it was the devils 👿distance - 1.5k run - 20k bike - 5k run 🏃‍♀️🚲🏃‍♀️ Just to make it harder I took the hilly multi terrain option and ran up farm tracks, around fields, along bridle paths and cycled on patio all in the midday sun. So I may well get the wooden spoon for my age group but have points in the scoreboard. I set up the Garmin for duathlon in race mode so I can repeat and compare my progress as lockdown continues. A few technical glitches - bike distance not showing on IM dashboard and running shoe laces got knotted. A bit of fun to add to exercise and kept within in guidelines as first run & bike were at home on farm then local 5k run 🏃‍♀️
