Managed to get out and run 5 miles around the country lanes. VLM plan had 9 miles down but my legs & body just not ready for the full 9, maybe the hills in the fist 3 miles did me in, but more likely my body still building up, rehydrating and recovering from the Norovirus from NYE.
Ran with Joe & Molly (on bike).
Back home for lovely bubble bath, glasses of water and the did my push-up session. Now a roast chicken to be cooked for diner awaits me.
