2020 try something new 😀🏋️- Strength & Conditioning 6 week course for beginners. Venturing into new area of the gym for me. Started off with squats on rack, deadlifts and bench press. All about learning correct techniques, form and safety when lifting. Next week introduced to a programme and more types of lifts 🏋️and plyometrics.
