Hopefully this will be my stepping stone into the full ironman in exotic Bolton in August 2014.

It`s all too iron for me I`m afraid.
I wish is was flat iron but very hilly !!
In a word no I don’t fancy joining you on the iron man, but seeing as it is local to me I might just come along to watch!
