Perfect start to outdoor swimming season. Sunny swim 🏊🏼‍♀️ 😎 Bargain 2p open day entry. Sandford Park 50m Lido. Brass band playing, yoga, Pilates and wooden sauna hut all poolside. Oooh I do like to be beside the seaside 🌊 🏖 Very glad I changed my mind at the last minute to run. Great run, well organised, with finishers fish & chips, medal & tshirt, on a multi terrain course with beach run sections. Plenty of water stations and BLOKS & great volunteers. Not as flat as expected but great scenery, support and route on closed roads. #visorclub #teamwhite #longestrun2019

Dad, 16 years today we lost you - remembered daily, never forgotten, forever loved. I read this poem every anniversary and always will. Zx “Death is Nothing at All” Death is nothing at all. Happy New Year - older, wiser and ready for new adventures in 2019 Day 1 running 🏃‍♀️ Slightly fuzzy head but sunshine, blue skies and glowing in sweat 💦 No Jango as still has stitches from surgery, hope he’ll be back running with me in a week or two.
