Easing back in to exercise with a couple of easy sessions.
First I did a total of 16 pushups thanks to the Hundred Pushups iPhone app. (Week 1, Day 2, Level 1) #100Pushups
Then this evening tried a new class at leisure centre, Stretch & Hold.
One of my fitness resolutions was to stretch more so this way it means I do at least 45 minutes in the class, left my own devices I’d do 10 minutes most occasionally post run. So I should and do this weekly for a while to set me up for my long weekend run.
Nearly an hour of easy exercise & activity so I’ll try a jog around Parkrun tomorrow. I’ve post owned my long run until Monday to give me more recovery time.
