Did recovery run to shake out legs after last nights tough intervals at club.
Also a perfect opportunity to test out and get some road miles in my new shoes.
All good – legs fine & shoes perfect fit.
Knew it would be tough going back to circuits after a few weeks off and Norovirus.
Actually enjoyed it though although not sure my arms, legs or core will agree in the morning ! At least got to do double hula hoops – my favourite 🙂
A few comments that I’d lost weight – hopefully more due to marathon training and no booze than sickness.
Another bonus the scales back down to 140lb, I was 147lb in December. 2011 marathon race weight was 133lb want to be less this April.
