Fab day for a trail run, sunshine, no wind and cool temps not freezing. Ran hills, trails, woodlands, along fields and finally down a stream.
Legs a little heavy to start with and arms protesting from last nights circuits but after we hit half way and the top of the main climbs everything loosened up and I felt better running back downhill home.
One of our slower runs on this course but we do have a 10 mile hilly race on Sunday so no need to push like mad.
Home for a hot shower and get the mud off.
Now do I go back out in the freezing cold to Stretch Class or stay home and have some good food with hubby ? Home wins 🙂
