Double training session today, run and turbo session. Run was a rollover from yesterday as I managed to get a massage booked in.
Week one of new training plan from coach Neil just about completed with a bit of juggling.
The weather in Wiltshire was terrible today. Got blown around on bypass on run then glad of a turbo session instead of ride.
Good old fashioned notes written on hand so I couldn’t forget run intervals.
