#Juneathon day 20 Splash & Dash

Steady warm up then today’s plan required just x5 100m reps in the pool.

Again started faster then plan and stayed faster. Target time 2:00 per 100m.

Splits today – 1:50 / 1:49 / 1:48 / 1:49 / 1:47.

Felt comfy throughout. Long easy strokes, good tumble turns.

Cool down backstroke.
